By shopping at www.airoxfragrances.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure transparency and trust between Airox Fragrances (“we”, “our”, “us”) and our valued customers (“you”, “your”).

2. The Airox Promise

Your trust means everything to us. That’s why every perfume bottle comes with two complimentary tester samples:

One of the same fragrance you ordered.
Another of a different scent — so you can explore more from our collection.

This ensures that you can test and experience the fragrance before opening the sealed bottle. If you ever wish to return or exchange, your main perfume bottle must remain unopened and sealed — while testers can be freely used for evaluation.

3. Product Authenticity & Craftsmanship

All Airox fragrances are crafted using high-grade oils and ingredients, inspired by world-famous designer scents but not affiliated with any specific brand.
Names and references are used strictly for comparison purposes only.
Slight variations in scent, shade, or packaging may occur due to the artisanal nature of perfume blending — but our commitment to quality remains unchanged.

4. Ordering Process

To place an order, simply select your desired perfume and follow the checkout steps on our website.
Please ensure that your delivery details and contact number are entered correctly. Once confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation message or email.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order that appears incomplete, suspicious, or unpaid.
All orders are subject to product availability at the time of confirmation.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options within Pakistan:

Bank Transfer
JazzCash
EasyPaisa

Please share a screenshot or transaction ID after payment to help us verify your order quickly. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
During holidays, sales, or unforeseen delays, delivery times may vary slightly.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Please ensure that you or someone on your behalf is available to receive the package at the provided address.

7. Returns & Exchange Policy

We aim to make your perfume experience risk-free and satisfying.
Airox Fragrances offers a 15-day return or exchange policy under the following conditions:

The perfume bottle must remain sealed and unopened.
Customers are encouraged to use the included testers to evaluate the fragrance before unsealing their main bottle.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 15 days at support@airoxfragrances.com or info@airoxfragrances.com.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the product received was incorrect or damaged.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, exchanges or replacements will be processed accordingly.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is dispatched.
Once the shipment has left our facility, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
If payment has already been made and your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued through your original payment method.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the product.
Our support team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

We ensure all products are packed securely before dispatch, but handling during shipping may sometimes cause issues beyond our control.

10. Pricing & Promotions

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
Airox Fragrances reserves the right to modify product prices, offers, or promotions at any time without prior notice.
Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including brand name, logo, text, product descriptions, and images — is the exclusive property of Airox Fragrances.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable laws.

Your personal information (name, contact details, address, payment info) is used only for processing orders and improving customer experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except for courier and payment partners directly involved in your order process.

While we strive to ensure accurate product information, Airox Fragrances shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product misuse, allergies, or website errors.
All products should be used as intended and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our website signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, following fair trade and consumer protection guidelines.
